LUXSOLI GmbH was founded in 2008 by Ralf Mades, Prasad Gangavkar and Hans Effertz after several years of research & development in Germany and India. LUXSOLI luminaires are today manufactured at our plant in Gera (Thuringia). LUXSOLI opened a sales office in India in mid 2009, which looks after the Asian and African market.
The LUXSOLI-Team
The LUXSOLI-team comprises of people of different nationalities with multifaceted profiles and knowledge – this creates synergies, which are reflected in our products.
Ralf Mades: „Our initial idea was to develop economically and ecologically viable solar lights, which would function under different climatic conditions – and that for many years”
Prasad Gangavkar: „As we originate from different countries, we are able to understand the people in other countries. We know what the people expect from light. This knowledge allows us to offer regionally adapted solutions”
